RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

All SALE items are FINAL SALE. This includes, but is not limited to, GRABBAG and sitewide sales/Clearance.

Returns:

Thank you for shopping with us, we hope you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in new condition within 30 days of the delivery date. Return shipping is at customers cost and any shipping costs paid will not be refunded.

Sale items are not accepted back under any circumstance. All sale items are FINAL SALE. This includes discounts prints/styles, and sitewide sales.

Step 1: Make sure it hasn't been past 30 days.

Step 2: Make sure your return is not a final sale item.

Step 3: Return to Po Box 2261, Coolalinga NT 0839. Remember to include your order number and details.

Exchanges:

We are more than happy to exchange if you have ordered the wrong size.

Please allow up to 10 business days from the return of the delivery of items for refund to be processed.

We strongly recommend that your items should be sent back to us via a reliable, trackable delivery service, as no responsibility will be taken for parcels lost in transit. Your contract for shipping remains with the provider until we receive the goods. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us, and the delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded. Goods returned to us arriving damaged, or those lost in transit will not be credited.

Every item is checked before it is sent out, however, in the unlikely event that you received a genuinely faulty item, we will replace the item, or refund you. We will only refund return/exchange postage costs if the item returned is genuinely faulty. We will consider returns for items bearing faults up to 30 days after the sale date, depending on the wear of the pants and the care given to the fabric. We do not offer guarantees on any of our products.
